For more than 30 years, Diane Litton served as a special education consultant in the local school district. In 2008, she shifted her focus to caring for the needs of buyers and sellers as a REALTOR®. Diane finds joy in working with people of all age groups and economic levels, from the eager first-time homebuyer to the senior who’s downsizing. During the home search, negotiation, and closing process, Diane’s warm, outgoing personality will lessen your stress and help empower you to make smart financial decisions.
Award-Winning Achievements
Diane has lived in the Cedar Valley for more than 40 years. You might even recognize her from the schools she’s worked at in Black Hawk and Butler counties. As a special education consultant, Diane received the Educator of the Year award through the Learning Disability Association, and she has received multiple achievement awards for her work as a REALTOR® at Oakridge. Diane is actively involved in the Cedar Valley community with United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Hometown Hero Project, and the American Cancer Society. She’s also the mother of two grown boys and a grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren.
