When Tom is not working with clients or volunteering his time in the community, he loves to enjoy all the activities the Cedar Valley has to offer with his family and friends. You can catch Tom attending sporting events, and enjoying being outside. Most importantly Tom loves the title of Husband to his wife Deana of 20 years, and Dad to his children Sydney, Keegan, and Paige.

More than a real estate agent, Tom is an active member of the Cedar Valley community. Tom is an assistant scoutmaster with Scouts BSA with Troop 500 from Cedar Falls, and also serves on the River Valley District Committee as the Treasurer for Scouts SBA and is an executive Board Member and Treasurer for the Scouts BSA Winnebago Council. Tom is a dedicated donor for the American Red Cross. Tom also serves with the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® as the RPAC Chair and on the Iowa Association of  REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee. In the past Tom has served as the Board President for the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® (overseeing membership of 700+ agents in 13+ counties), as well as chairing many committees, and is the former President of the Cedar Valley Soccer Club (CVSC) from Waterloo.
