Summer is in full swing and the Cedar Valley housing market is very active with buyers and sellers. In June, homes listed by an Oakridge Realtor sold for an average 101.28% of the list price resulting in an average price of $292,411. Compared to homes sold by others in the Cedar Valley, that is a $49,000 difference! When it comes to selling homes in the Cedar Valley, you can count on our team!
