Homebuilder, LGC, has been actively working on Cedar Heights Drive to bring a new kind of luxury condos to the Cedar Valley. LGC broke ground on Creekside Condos in November of 2023 and looks to complete one of six buildings this year. • Second floor: plank flooring installation complete, telework this week, trim/doors deliver/start in a week.
• Main floor: drywall texture end of last week, this week first coat of paint on walls/ceilings, start plank floors.

Exterior Updates

• Garage: partial inspection last week and insulation, possibly drywall this week. 
• Exterior: siding nearly complete, exterior painting nearly complete, main entry doors next week.
• Site: general mowing and material organizing last week and this week, soon to follow with grading and paving.
