Oakridge Real Estate was founded by Cedar Falls natives Dave Page and Todd Hunemuller in 1982. It’s grown to be the largest, independent, locally-owned real estate company in the Cedar Valley. Today, the company’s four owners include Cedar Falls/Waterloo natives Brian Page (son of the co-founder), Dan Berregaard, Ann Lyons, and Carl Ericson. The majority of the more than 50 agents at Oakridge were born or raised in the Cedar Valley, which gives them a deep understanding of real estate and the community.
