Bethany Benner brings an entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and financial savvy to every transaction. Her negotiation and sales education began in the family auctioneer business in Wellman, Iowa-- a company the family still owns and operates today. Before you ask, yes, she can do a rapid fire auction chant, but her clients know her better for the strong, clear communication skills she brings to every real estate transaction. 

That’s just the beginning of what makes her a strong agent. She also brings an unparalleled work ethic—one she honed in college and early in her career. First, she earned her bachelor’s in business while playing college softball, basketball, and golf. Then, she earned her MBA and became a vice president for sales and marketing for a local Cedar Valley business before becoming a real estate agent. When she works with clients she brings all of those skills and experiences to the table.

Bethany enjoys all aspects of the real estate process from home staging and market values to remodeling and contractor referrals. She and her husband, Derrick, who is a chiropractor, also own Elite Chiropractic and Wellness in Cedar Falls. The family has two girls, Kinley and Kallyn, and are huge supporters of the UNI Panthers. “I love calling the Cedar Valley home. There isn't a better place to live, work, and play!”
