As a Waterloo native, Bryn is deeply rooted in the Cedar Valley community and it shows. She is consistently a top producer and was #4 in sales and volume in Waterloo for 2025. Bryn's sales record has also helped her achieve Oakridge's Top Buyer's Agent, Top Listing Agent, Most Listing Units Sold and the Above and Beyond Award over her career. 
Providing a positive real estate experience to both her buyers and sellers is at the cornerstone of her business. By educating her clients on what to expect and maintaining open communication, Bryn empowers her clients to make confident, informed real estate decisions. Her client goals are consistent: minimize stress, guide clients to achieve their real estate goals, and ensure each home buyer and seller feels cared for during and after closing.  
Along with selling real estate, Bryn believes being actively involved in her community is fundamental to it continuing to thrive! Establishing positive business relationships within the community we serve is top of mind to her. She currently sits on the Executive Board for the Waterloo Schools Foundation and recently joined the Grant Distribution Committee with the Otto Schoitz Foundation. Bryn represents Oakridge Real Estate with Partners in Education at Kingsley Elementary and Waterloo West High School. She had previously served on the fundraising committee for Friends of the Family. Bryn has been awarded the Community Service Award from the Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors and has been an integral part of many of our Oakridge Real Estate community events throughout the years. 
Bryn is a graduate of UNI and lives in Waterloo with her husband Luke, an Occupational Therapy Assistant with Unity Point, their two sons, Will & Jack, and their Goldendoodle, Bodie. As an active family, many hours are spent at sporting events, Summers are spent at the ball diamonds and when they all aren't shuttling between games, their family enjoys bonfires with friends, and catching a neighborhood football game in their front yard. 
In her spare time, Bryn loves thrifting for treasures, going to concerts, watching Iowa Hawkeye games and is never one to turn down a patio beer with friends!
