As Eli Berregaard was growing up in the Cedar Valley, he learned all about real estate from his father Dan, a veteran agent and owner at Oakridge. After high school, Eli earned a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing at the University of Northern Iowa. He also spent several years working for a property management firm. Since joining Oakridge in 2019, he's enjoyed serving all kinds of residential buyers and sellers.
