For 43 years, Gale Bonsall has helped clients with their real estate needs, which is why he’s been a top producer year after year. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in marketing, Gale’s clients often tell him when it comes to real estate “Nobody does it better.” The awards he’s earned reflect his place in the industry. Gale has received the Community Service Award, REALTOR® of the Year and Distinguished REALTOR® of the Year from the Northeast Iowa Board of REALTORS® where he is a past president. He also earned the prestigious REALTOR® Emeritus designation from The National Association of Realtors for 40 years of uninterrupted service.

A native of Dunlap, Iowa, Gale has called the Cedar Valley his home for decades. He’s spent much of his life working to give back to the area. He is currently involved with a variety of community organizations, including the Cedar Falls Rotary Club and the UNI GBPAC (serving on the board of directors), The UNI Planned Giving Advisory Council, and First United Methodist Church in Cedar Falls.
