Monica grew up in Cedar Falls, but has settled in Independence with her family. She is a mom to Olivia, Daniel, Andrew, and Brooklyn, along with her husband, Charlie. Monica has three German Shorthair Pointers always running around keeping her busy. Her kids are active in soccer, baseball, and softball. She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and being outdoors whether they are running, walking, biking, hiking, fishing, listening to the birds while she drinks her morning coffee, and watching her kids' sporting events. Monica also enjoys traveling, baking, volunteering, and being a Sunday School teacher.
