Decluttering Tips!

Decluttering can be overwhelming. Take each task one step at a time. If you get caught up on an item put it down & move on. Decluttering is a process & takes time to do.

  1. Is it an item that is useful and how often do you use it?
  2. Check the condition of each item. If it is broken or there are holes, it is time to pitch it.
  3. Do not dwell on the cost of the items you are getting rid of.
  4. Ask yourself why you are keeping each item. If it is not an item you love, it is time to toss it.
  5. Do you have duplicates or more of an item. Get rid of access that does not benefit your home.
