We might only be a few months into 2024 but the Cedar Valley housing market is booming with buyer activity and some great numbers that our team is pushing out! In January, homes listed by an Oakridge Realtor sold for an average of $227,566 and in a median of 8 days. Homes sold by others in the Cedar Valley sold for an average of $213,238 an in 21 days. That is a big difference in price and days on market when selling your home!

Cedar Valley Spotlight: Waterloo Career Center

In February, our team got to tour the Waterloo Career Center! Attached to Central Middle School in Waterloo, the Career Center offers high school students in the Cedar Valley the opportunity to explore career opportunities, with the potential to gain college credit before setting foot on campus. The Career Center currently serves over 500 area students and offers more than 15 career opportunities. If you haven't had the opportunity to tour this amazing facility we can't recommend it enough, this is such a great asset for kids in our community!
