The "summer market" is officially here in the Cedar Valley! With over 100 transactions completed for our team we are seeing more homes come on the market around Cedar Falls, Waterloo and surrounding communities. We are proud to share the stats below from our hard working team of Realtors®! For the month of May Oakridge listings sold for 101.6% of the list price and sold in a median of 4 days.
