Oakridge Average List to Sale Price: 103% (MLS: 100.1%). This is 3% higher compared to the MLS average. When selling your home 3% will add up to additional $$$ in your pocket.
Average Days on Market: 10 Average Days on Market compared to MLS Average of 20!! This is HALF the amount of time compared to the area average. We are SO proud to say this is a true reflection of our team, their knowledge, and hard work when selling homes.
Homes on Market: 131 homes on the market, Cedar Falls and Waterloo combined. We continue to see a slight increase in available homes on the market. This is great to see for our buyers. With less than 150 homes in the Cedar Valley, it is still a great opportunity when selling.
