List to Sale %: 5 straight months of Oakridge agents getting sellers top dollar for their home. Oakridge Average List to Sale Price: 105.1% (MLS: 100.5%). This is 5% higher compared to the MLS average. That 5% difference will add up to a lot of extra $$$ in your pocket when selling.
Homes on Market: We are starting to see the slightest increase in inventory. This is the most inventory we have had for Cedar Falls and Waterloo combined this year.
Average Days on Market: 21 Average Days on Market compared to MLS Average of 25. When selling a home 4 days can feel like a lifetime. We are proud to say that our team has continued to sell homes faster than the MLS average.
