2. Cedar Valley Inventory - Take a look at 2023 compared to 2019 inventory of homes! Compared to a normal year (prior to the pandemic), the Cedar Valley's housing inventory has not fully recovered to meet the demand of buyers in our community. If you are looking to sell your home, you are in a great position. Low inventory = more exposure for your home.
3. Active Listings: When looking at the active listings in Cedar Falls and Waterloo, take a look at the percentage of listings that are new construction vs existing homes.
