Oakridge Monthly Recap

As we quickly approach the end of the year we are SOO proud of the numbers our team continues to produce. When it comes to getting your home sold you can rely on our team of trusted Realtors. In October homes listed by an Oakridge Agent sold for an average 103% of their list price and sold in an average of 10 days. That is 5% MORE and 18 days faster than the MLS average. Our MLS is the Northeast Iowa region consisting of 107 offices and 800+ Realtors. 

Inventory levels in the Cedar Valley continue to stay well under the needed level to support the need for homes in our community. As a buyer, it is vital to have a strong game plan and a trusted Realtor on your side to make a strong offer when you are ready to put  in an offer. As a seller, there continues to be a desire for homes that could present opportunities you didn't know existed. In today's market pricing your home is what will make the difference in getting your home sold and getting your home sold fast.
